Jenny has extensive experience in the real estate industry from her many years of work as a real estate and mortgage broker and as a closing attorney.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jenny Nguyen, the co-founder and managing partner at Nguyen & Pham, is an experienced attorney with several specialties including Real Estate Law, Immigration and Business Law. 

A long term career in real estate, including positions as an licensed agent and mortgage broker, afforded Jenny valuable experience that has provided unique expertise as a closing attorney.    

Her own experience with the immigration process also contributed to Jenny’s deep understanding of immigrantion law and its intricacies and most importantly the effects on immigrants and their families, particularly those matters involving deportation defense.  

Jenny’s practice also includes family and bankruptcy law. She takes pride in her work as a zealous advocate for her clients in all areas of practice. In each and every case, she strives to achieve the desired result as quickly as possible while providing high quality representation and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Jenny is heavily involved in the community, serving as the Vice President for the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA).  She is also an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association Georgia-Alabama Chapter, the Georgia Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, American Bar Association, Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.  Jenny has been recognized as one of the Georgia Asian Times’ 25 Most Influential Asian Americans and is the past president and founder of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Georgia (VABA-GA) and past president of the Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (2014). 

Jenny Nguyen earned her Bachelor Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 20xx.  She later went on to simultaneously complete her MBA and Juris Doctorate in just two and half years, graduating in 20xx with honors from St. Thomas University in Miami.  

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys trying new restaurants, loves to travel, and has a passion for singing.  She most enjoys these hobbies in the company of friends and family.
